1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website, to the VGOScore membership on Patreon and to commissioned work. Contact: info@vgoscore.com.

2. The website

You may browse the website and share links to it. Its content may not be copied in bulk or reproduced on other sites. The original music, game titles and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners, and nothing on VGOScore grants a licence over them. For any copyright or licensing question, write to info@vgoscore.com.

3. Membership on Patreon

Membership is a voluntary contribution to support VGOScore. Payments, renewals and cancellations are handled by Patreon under Patreon’s terms.
Anything shared with members is for their personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared outside Patreon, re-uploaded, sold, recorded or performed in public.
Membership content may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Members who share content outside Patreon may be removed from the membership.

4. Commissioned arrangements

The service: transcription, orchestration, arrangement, engraving and mock-ups, as described in a written quote with the scope, price, delivery date and payment terms. Orders placed through Fiverr also follow Fiverr’s terms.
Licences: the arranger works on the client’s behalf and claims no rights over the original works. The client takes care of the licences and permissions its use of the music needs: public performance (usually through the venue or the local performing rights organisation) and, where applicable, the rights holder’s permission and any licence for recording, broadcast or publication.
Use of the materials: the materials are delivered for the client’s own performances. They may not be published, sold or passed on to other ensembles without the arranger’s agreement.
Credit: programmes and announcements credit the original composers and the arranger.
Responsibility: to the extent permitted by law, the client is responsible for any claim arising from using the materials without the necessary licences.

The website is provided as it is. Its information is general and is not legal advice. VGOScore is not responsible for the content of external websites it links to.
